Meet Johanna, Owner and Creator of Oh Yohanna Porcelain.


A Wife, a Mother of two gorgeous boys, an avid traveller, and a business owner.

Finding my way back to art has been a slow and progressive journey. In early 2021, my Corporate Workforce Analyst role was made redundant. I'd been working within the company for 12 years and I wasn't sure what life had planned for me next. It was terrifying, losing what felt like part of my independence, jumping off the deep end into the unknown. And this is when the idea of going back to my creative roots came to light. So I drove to my local pottery supplies store and purchased my first block of porcelain clay. From here, through lots of trial and error, failures and success, I began creating beautiful, small batch, fine porcelain jewellery.

Our vision at Oh Yohanna is for our jewellery to make you feel beautiful, confident and empowered. That each piece evokes a sense of joy and strength. Whether you're out there building an empire, a stay-at-home Mum surviving solely off strong coffee and cute baby smiles, or simply want to feel like the queen that you are (or, all three!). Oh Yohanna specialises in handcrafting small batch porcelain jewellery, using sustainable practices, made in our studio space located in Brisbane, Australia.
