Please read before purchasing: All of my earrings are handcrafted in small batches, solely by one person, me!  Therefore, due to the handmade nature of these pieces, slight variances and small imperfections may occur.  This is part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade. Examples of these may include, slight variances of colour from what appears on the website photo, slight imperfections, or other small marks that in no way affect the functionality or overall aesthetic appeal of the jewellery piece.

Damages and issues
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the extremely rare case of damage during shipping.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you lose an earring, please contact us for the option to purchase one single earring to match the lost one. 

We will honour requests to cancel orders within 24 hours of their purchase, but will not cancel orders past 24 hours from when they are placed as most likely orders are already packed and ready to be posted.

When contacting us in relation to an order please refrain from direct messaging us via Instagram or Facebook, as we don't want to miss such an important message!  We prefer all correspondence via email and endeavour to promptly respond to emails within 24 - 48 hours.
