Shipping & Delivery

All orders will ship from our studio located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia within two business days upon receipt of payment of your order. Orders placed after 12pm are treated as if they came in the next business day.

We send all orders via Australia Post, with tracking.

A flat rate fee of $10.00 on parcels is applied to all Australian domestic orders under $100.00. Orders over $100.00 automatically qualify for free shipping within Australia, simply select 'FREE SHIPPING' at checkout. We also offer Express post (within Australia) for a flat rate fee of $14.00.

Shipping times have continued to fluctuate since the pandemic began, to learn more about these impacts click here. Due to these delays please allow 2 - 6 business days for Express Post once dispatched, and up to 12 business days for standard domestic parcel post once dispatched. For additional information around estimated delivery times for different states and territories within Australia, please click here.

Local Pick up and Delivery

Local pick up and delivery is available. Please ensure you're located within Bellbowrie, Moggill or Anstead if you're opting for delivery.

If you've selected either option you'll receive an email from Oh Yohanna within 24 hours. And if you have any questions please reach out!

Local delivery

If you would like to request local delivery, after checkout please select, 'Ship' under delivery method. Once the required information has been entered select, 'Continue to shipping' and from here you can select 'Local delivery'.

Pick up

If you would like to pick up the items directly, after checkout please ensure you select the ‘Pick up’ option at checkout.

International Shipping

Oh Yohanna now offers standard international shipping with tracking, to numerous countries and regions worldwide and this is offered at checkout. Please note that you may need to pay customs charges or taxes upon the arrival of your parcel. Oh Yohanna Porcelain cannot be held responsible for these extra fees.

Please continue to factor in postage delays due to the pandemic. We are unable to provide a guarantee for delivery dates, so please keep that in mind before purchasing gifts.
